Shipping policy

We usually take 2-3 working days to ensure your product quality and then dispatch your
order. Our logistic partners will take an additional 2-4 working days to deliver,
depending on your location.
However, during national holidays or unforeseen conditions, dispatch timelines could go
up to 10-12 days and we’ll keep you posted. Some points to note:- If you see that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of
delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us at
pachalifeshop@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID and a picture of the tampered
package.
