Return & Exchange Policy
Return or Exchange Policy:
Thank you for making a purchase with Pacha Life and supporting us in this journey. We
promote conscious consumerism; hence we urge you to thoroughly go through all the
information before making your purchase. We do not encourage returns, refunds or
exchanges unless in either of the below situations:
- A defective or damaged product has been received
- Product different from what you ordered has been received
At Pacha Life, we ensure quality and adhere to making standards, keeping no scope for such
occurrences. However, should there be either of the situations as mentioned above, please
be rest assured that we will do our best to bring you the solution.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS:
- The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along
with the bills, tags, labels, etc.
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the
website at that time.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND GUIDELINES:
- If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at
pachalifeshop@gmail.com with photographs and videos of the damaged piece along
with the invoice details and order ID
- The email must be sent within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will not consider
any disputes beyond 3 days.
- We will be unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for products made as per custom
requirements.
- If we find the case genuine and agree for a refund, then you must send the product
back to Pacha Life Design Studio within 7 days of the agreement.
- Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to
you via email.
- Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned goods.
